Ed will be appearing at The Big Libel Gig on March 14th in London. The gig, which is the brainchild of Robin Ince, also features Dara Ó Briain, Tim Minchin, Marcus Brigstocke, Shappi Khorsandi, Professor Brian Cox, Simon Singh, Professor Richard Wiseman, Dr Peter Wilmshurst and Dr Ben Goldacre.

Ed enters The Bubble

This new BBC news quiz brings a nice change of pace for contestants who are used to reading up on current events the week before an appearance. Ed is looking forward to a few days of peace and quiet in splendid isolation in preparation for his episode of The Bubble, which can be seen on BBC 2 on Friday, February 26th.

He’ll be recording Mock the Week on Tuesday, February 16th, and the show can be seen on BBC 2 on Thursday the 18th of February.

You can see Ed on Live at the Apollo on BBC 1 on Christmas Eve. Times vary across the BBC regions, so check your local listings (but it should be about 22.30 or so).

Ed will also be on Celebrity Mastermind on BBC 1 on Jan 1, 2010 at 7.30pm. He’ll be answering questions on the Star Trek movies. See if you can beat him, why don’t you?

Snowed In Comedy

In January and early February 2010, Ed will be in western Canada for Snowed In Comedy, with Dan Quinn, Glenn Wool, and Craig Campbell. The gigs are specifically designed to tie in with skiing and snowboarding, so if you love your winter sports (or you’ve been dragged along against your will) and you want to see some live comedy along the way, then these are the gigs to seek out.
